1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 bisquick baking mix
2 eggs

Heat oven at 400

Cook ground beef and onion; drain
Stir in salt
Spread in greased 9″ pie plate
Sprinkle with cheese

Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended
Pour into plate

Bake 25 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean

Tuna Casserole

1/2 cup noodles
2 oz tuna
1/4 cup peas
1 oz grated cheese
1 tbls. onion
1/4 cup milk
Stir altogether

Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.

Chili Rellenos

6 Ortega Whole Green Chili’s
2 cups (8oz) Jack Cheese (or Muenstar)
1/2 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper
3 eggs separated
3 tbls. flour
Oil for frying
1 cup Ortega Chili Green Salsa

Drain and slit each chili lengthwise just enough to remove the seeds,if desired.
Cut cheese into strips 1/2″ thick and long enough to fit into chilies.
Stuff chili with piece of cheese.
Dredge stuffed chilies in seasoned flour.
Set aside.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
Beat egg yolks until creamy..
Fold yolks into whites adding 3 tbls. flour as you fold.
Dip each stuffed chili into this batter and set on a small dish.
Slide coated chili from dish into deep hot oil to fry.
Fry until golden brown, about 2 min. turning once gently.
Drain rellenos on a paper towel
Serve with heated chili salsa

Water

STEP 1:

Mix all dry ingredients together. Bring pot full of water to a boil.
STEP 2:
Put the ingredients in boiling water with seasonings. Let cook until noodles are done.
STEP 3:
Add chicken and enjoy.

You can eat with oyster crackers, regular crackers, french garlic bread.
Throw some cheese in your bowl.
Add corn, taco seasoning for a chicken taco soup.
